The Bears and Raiders of the RFL  have combined to form the RFL Falcons!!

Preseason practice:

-       Starts in late July or early August

-       Practices will be held 3-4 days week sometimes including Saturdays in August (Head Coach discretion)

In Season practice (after Labor Day):

-       Practices will be held 2-3 times a week

-       First game is traditionally held the  weekend after Labor Day

Practice Location: 

Mattie Stepanek Park (1800 Piccard Dr Rockville, MD 20850) 

OR

Woodley Gardens Park (900 Nelson  Street Rockville, MD 20850)

Games are Friday Nights and Saturdays (AM or afternoon)
