MOCO Football (Photo) ID 

Every player needs a MOCO Football Photo ID.  The league uses this to verify ages of players prior to games.  The cards are good for 3 years. There is a $25 cost for this.

Returning players – If you dont have it in your possession, work with your coaches to see if they have your card from last year.  If they do not have it, you will need to get a new one. 

NEW players or those who don’t have a card:

Parents will need to have the following when the PHOTO is taken for your ID (Child needs to be present):

- Birth Certificate OR Passport OR DMV card to get the card

- $25 Cash or check(MOCO Football League). 

A DMV card can be used in place of a MOCO ID for the season, but you have to be okay of team holding this for you during the season.
